Sri Lanka win two-Test series 1-0

Bangladesh v Sri Lanka 2018
2nd Test
Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium, Mirpur, Bangladesh
It's all over! Sri Lanka won by 215 runs and clinch the 2 match Test series 1-0!
Bangladesh - 110 & 123
Sri Lanka - 222 & 226
Here's the Bangladesh captain - Mahmudullah
"Feeling very disappointed. We knew the pitch will get the result, but the batsman let us down. Our intent was there, but we should have been choosy while playing the strokes. On these sort of wickets the bowlers should have cashed in, their spinners did the job. Our bowlers did well but in patches. We should have done a bit better. The intent what we showed was the only positive. We need to find out the positives and move forward. When you play on the last chasing 340-odd it becomes very tough."
Player of the Match & Series - Roshen Silva
"We knew the wicket was going to turn, Chandimal won the toss and rest is history. I thought the wicket was difficult but if I put that on my mind it will become even tougher. I just played my normal game, and that did the job. The guys like Suranga Lakmal, Rangaa aiyya, Dilruwan, they never throw away their wickets, those 20-30 runs are very valuable, So we knew that even those runs will be very valuable and will become very difficult for Bangladesh. I hope I carry the same for the rest of my career."
And the winning captain - Dinesh Chandimal
"Truly this was a very difficult series. When you pick the first Test it was a nightmare for the bowlers and this one was a nightmare for the batsmen. But we were sure of what needs to be done here. After the first Test, we thought in the second game the wicket game might turn, but we were surprised as we have all the experience. But, we executed out plans in the middle. Credit goes to Roshen Silva, he had an outstanding series, Kusal Mendis and Akila Dananjaya, they had a very good outing too, everyone else, Rangana. Akila’s was a dream debut. The management put their heart and soul before the game and it has turned out well."
